Whiskey Wednesday Tastings

Join us at 6pm on Wednesdays for exclusive whiskey tastings! Each week features a different family of bourbons or other whiskeys, often with special guests or brand ambassadors from the distillery. Only 10 spots are available each week, so don't wait to lock in your whiskey experience at Prairie.

Tasting admission includes 3-4 half-ounce neat pours of the featured whiskeys, education and tasting notes (mash bill makeup, whiskey history, distillery information & history), plus a light refreshment from the kitchen. Class duration is approximately 30 min.

DECEMBER 2 - This week our featured distillary is Woodford Reserve. We're excited to welcome Tim Artman, brand ambassador for Brown-Forman, to join us in leading the tasting of Woodford Reserve, Woodford Rye, and Woodford Double-oaked. Just $10 admission!

DECEMBER 16 - This week we look to the state of Tennessee and feature George Dickel whiskeys. Guests will taste from the Dickel line of Tennessee whiskeys, hosted by brand representative John Ajay. $15 admission.

JANUARY 6 - Start off the new year with a Knob Creek whiskey tasting! Peter Katz from Southern Wine & Spirits will be here to pour tastes of Knob Creeek small batch, Single Barrel, and rye whiskeys. $15 admission.
