2021 Midwest Ride-In

Triple power will invade ERX Motor Park in Elk River, Minnesota this coming January 29-31, 2021 as the Midwest Ride-In, the world’s largest antique, vintage and classic snowmobile event returns.

Tickets are on-sale now, and with COVID restrictions expected to remain in place throughout the winter, early bird tickets could very well sell-out. Thousands of snowmobiles are expected to participate in numerous events including a judged show, groomed wooded trail rides, swap meet, vintage racing, youth racing and more. Enthusiasts and families are invited to enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of vintage sleds, warm bonfires, good food and friendly smiling faces during the Minnesota winter.

Last year, ERX made its debut as the new home for the Midwest Ride-In and it proved to be a home run. Attendees raved about the facility, the racing venues, ample parking and the miles of groomed trails that crisscross the 500-acre facility.

The theme for this year’s Midwest Ride-In is “Triple Wars” – a tribute to the three cylinder, two-stroke engines that powered countless snowmobiles over the past 50-plus years. From Hirth Honkers to Brootens and so many more, the shrill and crackle of a three-cylinder two-stroke is as distinct as it is loved by all those who know it.

“ERX exceeded everyone’s expectations,” said Ride-In co-chair, Mitchell Edwards. “People loved it. And everyone we talked to said they were coming back and bringing friends. Obviously, we will be taking every necessary precaution and more with this year’s event. ERX has developed a very detailed COVID Preparedness Plan that they have used for other events this past summer.”
