How to Register

To reserve your tour, please follow these instructions:

1. Select April 13 on the calendar.


2. Select your desired tour time from the dropdown menu


3. Select the number of tickets you want to purchase (15 maximum per tour).


4. Check out ($7/ticket).  Children 5 and under are free.

Poverty Encounter is a permanent exhibit. If tickets are sold out for this event, please visit us at povertyencounter.org/get-tickets to purchase tickets and visit us during our regular operating hours.

What to Expect

Poverty Encounter is excited to welcome our honored guests from Camarrillo Christian Church!  Journey into the lives of children living in poverty around the globe in a multi-sensory, interactive environment. Hear their stories, explore their world, and share their dreams.  Learn to respond biblically, take action to make a difference, and offer help and hope to those who are suffering.

Please check in 15 minutes before your tour.  Each tour is 90 minutes, followed by a 30-minute service activity in the Wentz Volunteer Center where guests will have an opportunity to pack food for families in need.
