ABOUT CLOUDBELLY
Cloudbelly is a Western Massachusetts-based indie-folk band known for their emotionally charged songwriting and expansive, genre-blurring sound. Centered around Corey Laitman’s poetic lyrics and haunting vocals, the band draws from alt-folk, art-rock, and ambient textures to create music that feels nostalgic, cinematic, and raw.
ABOUT THE ROCKING PUPPIES
A band hailing from Western Massachusetts. The band is fronted by 10 year old Pema Crow, and joined on guitar by her aging skate punk dad (Michael) and a merry cast of “guest pups”. But don't let their quirky songs and youthful exuberance fool you; the Rocking Puppies bring a raw and raucous sound that would make even the most seasoned punks nod in approval.
The band started out a fun way to play and be creative during the pandemic, but quickly became an internet sensation and has since blossomed into a full fledged rock band! The duo have since played gigs near and far for a wide range of audiences ever since. Unapologetically unique, the Rocking Puppies fearlessly embody the rebellious spirit of punk with their quirky, kid-inspired themes. Their songwriting prowess shines as they belt anthems about ice cream, dinosaurs, zombies, and having fun!
Their first album, titled “Civilized Show-Off” was released last summer and is jam packed with pure kinder punk revelry!

ABOUT THE SHEA THEATER
The Shea provides performance space for a variety of attractions designed to appeal to the widest range of tastes. Musical offerings include folk, pop, rock, swing, jazz, country and traditional. Theatrical productions encompass musical comedy, drama, comedy, and political satire. In addition, audiences can take advantage of magic shows, children's shows and silent film revivals.
The Shea, with the help of a wonderful corps of volunteers, has been attracting a growing audience and as a result is bringing people into Turners Falls from an ever larger geographical area. This growth has put the Shea on a firmer financial footing, providing the basis for expectations of an even more exciting future for this vital community asset.
