For a second year in a row, TerraVita celebrates sustainability with a dinner celebrating the men and women love to play with fire – HILL FIRE: Pits, Spits & Grills. The Town of Carrboro is rolling out the welcome mat so we can bring in some of the best chefs, pitmasters, grillers, brewers, distillers, farmers and bakers in the Southeast for a fantastic dinner under the evening moonlight. We will gather at the Town Commons to experience some of the best pig you will ever put in your mouth with sustainable seafood and vegetarian options too! On Friday, September 30, TerraVita will host this collaborative feast with amazing participants, including:
