Terms of Service / Cancellation Policy:

New York Comic Con has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind. If a person engages in harassing behavior, New York Comic Con staff will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate in their sole discretion, including expulsion from New York Comic Con with no refund. This policy applies to EVERYONE at New York Comic Con. Exhibitors, artists, fans, speakers, guests, professionals, press, staff, crew, and security are all subject to our Anti-Harassment Policy.

Badge holders assume all risk incidental to participation in all activities, loss or damage to property and release Reed Exhibitions, a division of RELX Inc. (“Reed Exhibitions”) and their respective employees and agents, against any and all claims. In purchasing and/or using a New York Comic Con badge, and in consideration for being admitted to New York Comic Con, the badge holder (the “Holder”) consents to being recorded (by audio, visual and/or other means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means for any and all purposes in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity. Holder also hereby: (1) releases Reed Exhibitions from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or course of action of any kind; (2) authorizes and permits Reed Exhibitions and its designees, which include but are not limited to all sponsors, exhibitors and contractors, the use of his/her name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof by any means and in all media now and hereafter known for any and all purposes worldwide in perpetuity; (3) agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of New York Comic Con, and (4) authorizes and permits Reed Exhibitions to share Holder’s personal information, including but not limited to contact information, with such exhibitors, vendors, companies, and entities with which Holder scans/taps their badge at New York Comic Con. Holder agrees not to make any recordings of any and all panel discussions, presentations, or stage performances at New York Comic Con without the express written permission of Reed Exhibitions. Reed Exhibitions reserve the right to deny entry or remove from New York Comic Con any person who in their sole and absolute discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner which Reed Exhibitions reasonably consider to be disruptive of New York Comic Con.

Badges for the event are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be reproduced, resold, or upgraded. The unauthorized resale or attempted resale of the badge is prohibited and will constitute a forfeiture of the badge without compensation. Each badge must be used by the same person for each day of New York Comic Con. New York Comic Con's operating hours, schedules, guests, artists, exhibitors, and speakers are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Each badge is a revocable license to attend New York Comic Con. All panels, autographing, photo ops, special events, exclusives, and show features are subject to availability and access is not guaranteed and/or may require an additional fee. Reed Exhibitions is not responsible for lost or stolen badges. Holder acknowledges that there are hazards and risks of physical injury or illness to attendees of New York Comic Con and that not all such hazards or risks can be fully eliminated. By accepting this badge and attending New York Comic Con, Holder freely and voluntarily agrees to assume the full risk of bodily injury or property damage, regardless of severity, or death that Holder may sustain as a result of attending New York Comic Con, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of Reed Exhibitions.

Individuals under 18

All attendees age 6 or older need a ticket to enter New York Comic Con. Please note, New York Comic Con recommends all individuals under the age of 18 attend with a parent or legal guardian, and all individuals under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Individuals under the age of 18 must obtain the permission of a parent or legal guardian before sending any information to New York Comic Con, entering any sweepstakes or contests at New York Comic Con, posting any information on NewYorkComicCon.com or related websites, or purchasing any goods online related to New York Comic Con. The submission of information to New York Comic Con or the purchase and/or use of a badge to New York Comic Con is a representation and confirmation that you are age 18 or over or have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a New York Comic Con fan that is under the age of 18, it is your responsibility to check the suitability of New York Comic Con for any individuals in your party regardless of official age restrictions. New York Comic Con's on-site or web-enabled technologies, including but not limited to on-site Wi-Fi, on-site interactive kiosks, and any mobile applications associated with New York Comic Con (the “Digital Technologies”) are neither directed at nor intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. Reed Exhibitions does not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under the age of 13, and if Reed Exhibitions becomes aware that it has inadvertently done so, Reed Exhibitions will promptly delete such Personal Information. If you are under the age of 13, do not access or use the Digital Technologies unless under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and if you are under the age of 18, do not access or use the Digital Technologies without the express consent of a parent or legal guardian.
