There will be up to ten exhibition tables available for individuals or organizations to establish a presence and/or project a message. (NOTE: The number of available exhibition tabled could be reduced as some of the high-level conference sponsorships offer included exhibition tables).

Each exhibition table includes one draped table with two chairs, wireless internet access, and one 110v electrical outlet. Those sponsoring exhibition tables will also be mentioned prominently in the attendee packet and mentioned from the podium during one of the assemblies. Non-refundable.

Exhibitors will be responsible for providing and securing any equipment or materials related to their exhibition table.

To be recognized on printed materials your sponsorship must be paid before January 21. Non-refundable.
