At The Old Court (Walter Sickert and The Droimlins moved from former Dudley's schedule). Part of The Town and The City Festival. Walter Sickert & The Army of Broken Toys make a rare appearance in Lowell for Day #2 of the festival. Joining them are Celtic gypsy punkers from Lowell - The Droimlins. Earlier in the evening Surprise Party brings their "fuzzy, loud, noisy" pop rock to the upstairs at The Old Court.
