Sharpen your knife skills with ZWILLING! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the what makes a quality knife, which knife to use for each task and how to maintain, clean and store your knives. You’ll also practice the circular rocking motion, the chopping motion, how to dice an onion, supreme citrus fruits, mince herbs and learn how to use a flexible fish fillet knife. From brunoise to julienne, you’ll master a range of essential cutting techniques, making meal prep easier and more fun!
