Yoga in the Grove Aug. 16, 2025

Relax, breathe and stretch with Yoga in the Grove offered in evenings and mornings on various dates throughout the summer at Spiegel Grove.

The Yoga Haven studio returns to Spiegel Grove and will offer yoga classes in the rose garden of the property, which is an arboretum and the estate of President Rutherford and First Lady Lucy Hayes.

This 75-minute class is designed for all levels, and teachers will create variations to assist in accessibility to students’ needs. The class includes basic yoga poses, breathing practices and deep relaxation.
