Womens Playwrights Festival Workshop:  DIRECTING NEW WORKS with Rachel Dart

Monday, August 12, 2024, 6pm to 8pm

This workshop will explore how to be a good collaborator in the new play process

The three main focuses will be:  

Part 1: Playwrights

-How to read the play with an eye toward production

Part 2: Designers

-What elements of the text need supporting and highlighting and how can the design help with that?

Part 3: Actors

-How to run a rehearsal room where actors feel free to be vulnerable and do their best work
