What we're doing to keep you safe:

• We have reduced our maximum capacity in compliance with the State of Colorado's health mandates to allow only 25 people in the museum at any given time. This grants us the ability to let six guests in every 15 minutes. 


• Visitations are limited to ONE hour to keep guests moving through the space.


• Masks are required for guests and employees. No shirts, no shoes, no masks, no service. 


• We are cleaning and sanitizing regularly, and we have hand sanitizer available at the front desk.


• We have removed frequently touched items and minimized contact points. 


• As of Friday, November 13th, we have closed our restrooms in an effort to minimize areas of contamination. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. 


• We understand that life is unpredictable. If you need to reschedule or refund your tickets due to illness or exposure, please email us at boulder@wonderwonder.us. 
  
  

What you need to do:

• Booking online is strongly encouraged. For walk-ins, please call ahead to ask about availability for the day.


• If you are experiencing any symptoms, please stay at home.

  Please respect the start and stop time of your ticket(s). Arrive 5-10 minutes early for check-in and keep an eye on the clock while you are traveling through our space.
  
  


• Honor social distancing during your visit. Six feet apart, please!


• Wear a mask during your entire visit. Masks may be removed for photos, but please wear them while walking through common areas or if you are close to other guests.

All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be resold.

NOTE: We stop taking ticket sales one hour before closing and close the space promptly at the time listed. Please plan accordingly. 

RULES:

• No food or drink


• Do not grab, push, or pull on the installations. Do not hang or climb on the installations. Do not sit or stand on installations. Do not touch fragile items such as neon lights and lightbulbs. 


• Be respectful of others in the space and don’t monopolize a room


• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.


• No strollers


• Photography encouraged

FAQ:

1. Is there a coat check?

Unfortunately, we do not offer coat check at this time. Please leave all belongings/bags in your car. You are responsible for your belongings if you choose to bring them with you in the space. 

2. How long will it take me to go through all the exhibits?

While it differs for everyone, we think most people will spend around 30-45 minutes at Wonder Wonder.

3. Can I buy tickets when I get there?

Yes, but we strongly encourage visitors to purchase tickets ahead of time to ensure entrance. We accept cash, credit and debit cards.

4. Can I come with a professional photographer?

Yes, you may bring a photographer so long as all visitors purchase tickets.
