Your ticket purchase is for the specific date and time chosen and cannot be exchanged or refunded. This is a non-smoking, non-vaping event. To enter, the purchaser must present a valid government-issued ID matching the name of the purchased ticket. If the ID don't match, new tickets must be purchased on-site. Guests can only enter with tickets in their name and matching ID. We are a cashless venue, accepting only Credit Cards or Apple Pay. No cash is accepted on-site.
