About Sylvia: Sylvia Diez is the Central Wealth Zone Leader at Mercer, based in Pittsburgh. In her role, Sylvia leads over 100 colleagues across 13 offices and is responsible for building brand and market awareness, driving revenue growth and providing strategic direction in Mercer’s wealth practice across the firm’s central U.S. market.


Prior to joining Mercer in 2021, Sylvia was with PNC Financial Services Group, where she led their Institutional Asset Management groups in the Midwest and West regions. She was responsible for sales and client services, cross-region initiatives and oversaw a team of 100+ investment advisors, segment specialists and business development officers. Prior to PNC, Sylvia was the Regional Managing Director for Citigroup in Pittsburgh and Southern California.




Who should go to this event? Women interested in business development, entrepreneurship and networking. Corporations, small businesses and nonprofits are all well-represented, which creates a warm and inviting place to meet new people. Many long-term business relationships have been formed in the 10-year history of these events.
