Winter Solstice Yoga

Celebrate the sun's return after the longest night of the year at our Winter Solstice Seasonal Salutation. This 90-minute yoga experience is an energetic vinyasa flow practice ending in a guided meditation. Practitioners of all levels are welcome. Bring your mat, a water bottle, and an open heart! Limited mats available for rent at $2/each.

Tickets: $20 in advance, $25 at the door. Ticket price includes a mimosa to continue the celebration after yoga (nonalcoholic drinks also available).

Childcare is available at no additional charge.

Doors open at 9:30am with access to a holiday gift shop and raffle tickets for prizes such as a private yoga session, a holiday centerpiece, and tickets to our next yoga event.

Yoga celebration begins at 10:00am.

Celebration continues with mimosas and raffle drawing at 11:30am.
