The World’s Fair of the Wine & Food Festival, the Grand Tasting Village celebrates of the quality, uniqueness and innovation that define the County’s food and wine scene.

Sunday, June 10, 2018 - Jr. Chef Experience
Spend the morning with your little ones as they learn the basics of cooking. This  hands-on event encourages creativity as kids learn basic cooking techniques from working chefs. Your little culinary artists will also practice cupcake decorating, pizza making and many other fun activities. Characters from Nickelodeon’s most popular kids shows will be on-hand for meet & greets, so be sure to have your phones ready for pictures.

Sunday, June 10, 2018 - Beefsteak Brunch With Nick Solares
The Beefsteak Brunch will replicate the wanton gluttony and reckless abandon of the original beefsteak dinners for 100 brunch guests at Kanopi atop the Ritz-Carlton. Inspired by the original beefsteak dinners of the 19th and 20th Century and the classic NYC steakhouse, the brunch includes 100% Black Angus beef from Creekstone Farms Dry Aged by America’s butcher Pat LaFrieda for 60 Days.
