Join us for a deeply relaxing, immersive experience in the healing properties of nature. Awaken your senses, slow down, and bask in the wondrous sights, sounds, smells, and sensations of Ladew using techniques from the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku (forest bathing), as well as meditation and mindfulness. We will saunter, not hike, at a slow pace, stopping frequently to engage in activities designed to help you connect with all of the good that nature offers us.
