For 2016, Fire Island's hottest daytime beach party gonna be BIGGER, WETTER, and EVEN LESS SERIOUS. This year we'll have an open bar featuring signature cocktails by Milagro Tequila and Svedka Vodka, and proceeds will once again go to benefit the Trinity Place Shelter for LGBTQ youth (website). 

As you've hopefully realized, high quality music is one of our major focuses, so we're thrilled to announce that headlining our 2016 beach party will be BENT COLLECTIVE, a collaboration from DJ/Producers Danny Verde (soundcloud) and Steven Redant (soundcloud). Danny and Steven don't merely switch off, taking turns; they literally jump over over one another at dizzying speeds, using their own vocals, heyboards and samplers to produce sounds and beats on-the-spot. In the studio they've remixed for performers spanning a variety of genres, including Cindy Lauper, Lady Gaga, Nick Jonas and Avicii. As BENT COLLECTIVE, Danny and Steven have helmed the decks at  kick-ass events such as Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras, Bangkok's Songkran, White Party Palm Springs, Black & Blue Montreal, and 1Life . Individually, they have played just about every gay party in the world! This will be Danny Verde's Fire Island debut, and Steven Redant's second visit after playing Pines Party in 2015.

Come early for an opening set by Scott Martin (soundcloud). In addition to opening last year's beach party for The Freemasons, Scott is a regular at G Lounge and resident DJ of BeckyParty.NYC. You may have seen him during New York Pride on June 26 when he spun the Fantasy party at Diamond Horseshoe!
