Westminster Weekend Mansion General Admission

A Warm Welcome to all Westminster exhibitors, attendees, and vendors;

Lyndhurst is thrilled to host the Annual 145^th Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show on our beautiful grounds this season.

We invite all participants to a glimpse of AKC history through the eyes of former Lyndhurst residents, specifically members of the Gould family, last owners of this magnificent estate, by touring the Lyndhurst Mansion June 11^th - June 13^th.

Three special exhibits within the Mansion have been specifically curated for the Westminster Dog Show. Two exhibits showcase objects from the Lyndhurst permanent collections never before on view that relate to the history of dog ownership on the estate. A third tableau located on the second-floor art gallery displays Haunt of the woodcock: Sensation and Bang Bang by John Martin Tracy (1843-1923), from which the Westminster Logo is derived, and the rediscovered Gould Cup trophy for St. Bernard dogs.

Timed tickets are required for entrance to the Mansion during the three-day event. Hourly timed tickets are available Friday 10 am - 3 pm, Saturday 10 am - 2 pm and, Sunday 10 am - 3 pm.  All ticket holders will need to check-in before entry at our Welcome Center, where each ticket holder will receive a complimentary booklet outlining the Mansion's history. The Welcome Center is located south of the Mansion and is also the location of the Museum gift shop where dog-related products will be available for purchase.
