Uncle Dave Macon,the first super star of the Grand Ole Opry,  is known all over the world for his music and personality.  However, he leaves us another legacy: the story of his life. His ability to press forward through tragedy and hardship in optimism and passion and to bring joy to others continues to be an inspiration to old and young.
