2024 Vendor Village

We have three great venues for you to choose from:

PVGP Schenley Park Race Weekend - August 3-4, 2024
With over 250,000 spectators, it is the ultimate Western PA event to showcase your products and services. Founded in 1983 the PVGP has grown to become the country’s largest vintage street race event.

Each vendor spot includes a PVGP supplied hi-peak white tent with a back wall. (Food vendors must contact the PVGP and apply - spots are limited) Three sizes of tents (10’ x 10’, 15’ x 15’, and 16’ x 24’) are available. This greatly improves appearance and set-up while increasing traffic flow through the entire Vendor Village area. Tables, chairs, tent sidewalls and electricity will be available for rent and will be in your tent when you arrive.

The back wall provides you with an area behind your tent to park your support vehicle. If you have a second vehicle or a vehicle longer than 15 feet you will not be able to park them behind your tent. If you have your own tent, display, or custom trailer that you feel you must use to vend please contact the Grand Prix to discuss an optional location.

PVGP Waterfront Car Cruise - Monday, July 29, 2024
Our popular Car Cruise at the Waterfront in Homestead draws a large crowd already in a shopping mood. Spots are just $250 each in the parking lot. Sorry, this venue does not include tents, electrical power or offer quantity discounts. 

PVGP Historics at Pitt-Race Complex - July 27-28, 2024
Our PVGP Historics at Pitt-Race Complex in Beaver County provides big, loud, and exciting races at the dedicated track. Spaces are $400 each, power is not available and tents are not provided.  Over 7,500 spectators are expected for the weekend.

Insurance
The PVGP does not provide insurance to cover sponsors or vendors at our events. Each organization must provide their own Liability Insurance with a minimum $1,000,000 general liability prior to their participation. The COI must name the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Association, 1000 Gamma Drive, Suite 106, Pittsburgh PA 15238 and the Vendor Village venue as additionally insured.

NOTICE: Vendors interested in selling food, drink or alcohol must apply separately by emailing the PVGP at info@pvgp.org to apply. Pricing and locations are different than Vendor Village.
