TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS: All tickets are non-refundable. Please ensure you arrive promptly at the start time as indicated on your ticket. We cannot guarantee entry for guests who arrive late. Guests with Premium Flexible Entry tickets can arrive up to two hours before or after the start time shown on your ticket, subject to exhibit hours. Children aged 4 and under are admitted free but must have a ticket for capacity limitation purposes. Please ensure you add a "Child 4 and Under" ticket to your order.

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICIES: Van Gogh PEI will follow all municipal, provincial, and federal public health guidelines in place at the time of the exhibit. Van Gogh PEI reserves the right to amend these policies at their discretion to ensure the health and safety of all guests and to maintain compliance with local, provincial, and federal guidelines.

REFUND POLICY: All tickets are non-refundable, as stated in the terms and conditions agreed to prior to successfully completing any ticket purchase. If the show must be postponed due to updated health regulations, all ticket holders will have the option to receive a full refund, or reschedule their tickets for a later date.

RESCHEDULE INFO: Change of date or time requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled entry time shown on your ticket. A $6 rescheduling fee will apply.
