Ticket Information

On the day of the event, bring your tickets to the admissions location to be scanned to receive your wristband. 

• No cash sales will be available at the event.


• 5 years of age and under are FREE and do not need a ticket.


• Military ID is required for each military ticket purchased and must be presented at the admissions location to receive a wristband for entry.


• Access your tickets through the confirmation email after purchase, online in your ShowClix account, or print your tickets at home.


• Bring your ticket(s) to the on-site general admission location to be scanned and receive your wristband


• Admission wristbands with a unique color per day of the event will be required in all competition venues.


• At the event take your ticket to the USA All Star Dance Super Nationals General Admission location near Hall B on site to be scanned and receive your wristband. Please send only 1 person from your party to pick up the tickets.


• Wristbands for the event can be picked up as early as Friday, March 21st 4:00pm - 8:00pm. Saturday and Sunday during the event General Admission will open at 6:45am.


• Lost wristbands cannot be replaced.


• Refunds are not given for missed performances.


• The USA reserves the right to refuse admission to any spectator.


• We highly recommend pre-purchasing your admission to the event, as purchase on-site by cash is not available and electronic purchase the day of may not be available and/or may delay your entry.


• Spectators will not be permitted in the “official/scheduled” or “open” Warm-Up/Practice areas at any time.

Refunds

Refunds will be granted when requested before the doors open to spectators at the beginning of the event.

• Refunds will not be granted after the doors open to spectators.
