Want to gift someone a chance to attend FanCon?

Buying a Universal FanCon Gift Code provides an opportunity to purchase codes redeemable for FanCon passes. Buyers select the type and quantity of FanCon passes they want and once their orders are processed, they'll receive a gift codes redeemable for their purchase up to 48hours later. Buyers can give the gift code(s) to anyone they like or donate to charity by sending an email to contact@universalfancon.com with their confirmation number and desire to donate to one of FanCon's supported charities.

To redeem gift codes, go to the main Universal FanCon ticketing website tickets.universalfancon.com or access it from universalfancon.com at one of the many "Buy Tickets" links.

Select the pass equal to the gift code one wants to redeem and at checkout enter the gift code the customer wants to redeem, and the cost of the pass will be removed.

*Note if a customer chooses multiple types of passes/items at checkout, the gift code will only discount the value of the gift code. For example, if a customer purchases three (3) weekend passes and at checkout, applies a gift code for one (1) weekend pass, the cost of one (1) weekend pass will be removed, and the customer will only have to purchase two (2) weekend passes.

Note: This is a 24 hour convention with various panels, screenings, and special events running late into the night/early morning Friday and Saturday nights.

Who Needs A Ticket?

All fans six-years-old and up need a ticket to come to Universal FanCon, and all children under 13 must have an adult with them while attending. We recommend all children under 18 attend with an adult.

Harassment

Universal FanCon is committed to fostering an atmosphere where fans can count on a safe, inclusive, and rewarding experience., We have zero tolerance for harassment, groping, stalking, or inappropriate photography. FanCon is a safe space for all.

Refunds and Upgrades

Just like a ticket to concerts, sports, and pretty much everything else, all ticket sales are final with no refunds or cancellations. Want to upgrade your ticket? We’ll do our best to accommodate, as long as the new ticket you want is still available.

Tickets do not include any autographs or photo-ops unless stated otherwise on the ticket type.

Your ticket confirmation will be emailed to you directly upon completion of purchase.
