Shelter Reservations

Turner Falls Park offers Screened Shelters at $40.00 per night for six (6) people maximum. Shelter Permits DO NOT INCLUDE the price of admission to the park. Guests must purchase tickets for EVERY PERSON, for EVERY DAY they occupy the park. No exceptions. This means you will need daily admission from the day of your arrival through the day you are departing. Guest's tickets are valid from box office opening, till dark. Purchase your SUMMER ADMISSION TICKETS or WINTER ADMISSION TICKETS.

Customers will be charged 100% of the fee at the time of reservation, whether in person or online. There are no deposits or partial payments. In order to secure a reservation, complete payment is required. Pets are not allowed inside Turner Falls Park. These shelters are subject to a $250.00 Environmental Cleanup Fee if damaged. These are assessed at the discretion of the park manager.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket for Turner Falls Park or any of it's activities, the customer hereby agrees to these terms and conditions. All tickets purchased are non-refundable. Customers must have a valid ticket for every day they occupy the park. Tickets are good from box office open till dark. No pets allowed in the park. All children ages 12 & under must wear a coast guard certified flotation device while in the water. This is for your children's protection! All general admission tickets are good for only one day. All camping permits, including Primitive, RV, and Shelter are good for one day starting from 4:00PM on Check-In to 12:00pm the day of check-out. Valid Primitive Camping, RV Hookup, and Shelter Permits must be able to be presented if summoned by the park staff. If the customer is unable to present their permit, their permit is deemed invalid and the customer will be asked to purchase a new permit or leave the park. Vehicles without visible permits will be fined and customers will be required to purchase a valid permit or leave the park. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the Park management. Complaints, problems, or suggestions must be brought to the attention of the Park Manager to be eligible for any refund. After Check-In has occurred, refunds are subject to the discretion of the Park Manager.

Customers must provide proper photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Student ID) to validate their ticket. Customers without proper identification will not be allowed into the park!

Purchasing your tickets in advance does not guarantee faster entry into the park, it only guarantees entry into the park. We appreciate your patience!

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Guaranteed Shelter Check-In Time 4:00PM. Cabin Rental guests are free to arrive early on the day of their stay, park their car and use their separately purchased tickets to play in the park - Shelters will be available no later than 4:00PM. Depending upon circumstances in the park, some shelters may be available earlier, but not guaranteed until 4:00PM.

Cabin Check-Out Time 12:00PM. Guests must purchase tickets for every person, for every day they occupy the park. No exceptions. Guest's tickets are valid from box office opening, till dark. 

SHELTER CANCELLATION POLICY

Over 31-Days Cancellation Notice - Full Refund minus a $5 booking fee per Shelter, per night.

30-Days or less Cancellation Notice - Half Refund minus a $5 booking fee per Shelter, per night.

10-Days or less Cancellation Notice - No Refunds

Cancellations can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The right to refund will be up to the discretion of the park manager and/or rental manager. A $5 booking fee per Shelter, per night will always be charged in any cancellation, excluding the 10-Day cancellation in which there is no refund for any of the reservation. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the Park management. Complaints, problems, or suggestions must be brought to the attention of the Park Manager to be eligible for any refund. After Check-In has occurred, refunds are subject to the discretion of the Park Manager.
