TRIOS: HUDSON RIVER HARVEST CONCERTS II 2018

Concert reception two features THREES.  But trio is an ambiguous term in the Baroque!  Trio sonatas can include 4 players or more.  CPE Bach's imaginative final chamber works, written for three performers are called Quartets.  Bach's masterful sonatas for violin and harpsichord are most often trios.  The possibilities are rich...endless.
