NOTE: Dining & Tasting Tours must be booked in advance. Seatings are limited to a maximum of 14 people due to the limitations of our transportation (no exceptions). Reservations are not available for purchase onsite.  For private dinning & tour combinations, please contact us below.

Lost Spirits Distillery is a creative design house & laboratory producing some of the world’s most extreme and unique spirits, including high-ester rums and peated single malts.  On your visit, you'll enjoy a 4 - 6 "course" spirits tasting with the people who make it. 

Set deep in the jungle of Lost Spirits, Fish or Flesh is a new Island of Dr. Moreau inspired dining concept.  With this booking, you will be treated to a contemporary interpretation of Afternoon Tea through a 10-course tasting menu, served with vintage champagne and old-world wine pairings.  

NOTE:  THE DINING ROOM IS OUTSIDE, IN THE JUNGLE, AND YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED AND REFUNDED IN THE EVENT OF EXTREME WEATHER.

Dining & tour experiences typically last 4 hours with an intermission after your meal and before your tour begins.  They include a highly imaginative meal which explores concepts taken from the 19th century novel.  

After tasting through the menu, and imbibing vintage champagne and rare tea, you will begin the distillery tour.  The tour itself takes you on a journey through every step of the spirit-making (and imagining) process, from inception and raw ingredients to the finished product.  

Neither Fish or Flesh or Lost Spirits Distillery are open to the public. To visit us, you must make a reservation online.

IMPORTANT REGULATORY NOTICES, RESTRICTIONS, AND INFORMATION:

• You must be 21 years of age to enter the facility. Identification will be required at the distillery gates.


• Many dishes served in Fish or Flesh contain alcohol.  The meal is equivalent to consuming 2-3 drinks.


• The tour includes terrain unsuitable for high heels or open-toe shoes.  Please plan your footwear accordingly.  Also, the jungle can have extreme temperature fluctuations, so we encourage lighter clothing choices in the summer and layers in winter. 


• Some medications, including marijuana, can cause undesired effects when combined with high-proof alcohol.  Appropriate precautions are recommended in advance of your tour.


• PLEASE BE AWARE:  Lost Spirits Distillery is not suitable for those with conditions such as claustrophobia, submechanophobia, leporiphobia, history of seizures and/or sensitivity toward flashing lights, or extreme cases of motion sickness.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please note, tickets are non-refundable, however, they are fully transferable and can be rescheduled up to 7 days in advance of booked times. If you'd like to reschedule, please contact reservations@lostspirits.net.  We do our best to respond within 24 hours.
