Tom Carroll: Guitar Night

Tom Carroll presents the first in a very special Guitar Night series of music! This first show features Stan Smith and Kevin Turner, and they will be playing with the stellar rhythm section of Jim Rupp (drums) and Doug Richeson (bass), as well as trios, duos and solo. Repertoire from all jazz eras and other genres will be featured. Future presentations will feature celebrations of all styles of guitar in American Music, including Blues, Country, Bluegrass, Gypsy, Fingerpicking and Jump Swing. Carroll has been a longtime performer in the Central Ohio music scene and recently retired from Denison University where he was a guitar instructor and coordinator of many jazz and other music events.
