Three-Hour Metal Tasters

This Metal Taster is a great way to explore the metal casting process and get your feet wet.

Take a class with a friend; create a special gift or unique piece of art.

Have an itch to just try something new without too much commitment? This class is for you!

At the conclusion of each workshop every participant will leave with his or her own unique idea professionally cast in solid aluminum.

Sunday, June 12 - 10am-1pm
Sunday, June 19 - 10am-1pm (Father's Day event)
Sunday, July 10 - 10am-1pm
Sunday, July 17 - 10am-1pm

Cost:  $100

Please note that the Carrie Furnaces are part of a former industrial site. Heels and/or open-toed shoes are not permitted. At this time the site is not wheelchair accessible.

DIRECTIONS:

The entrance to Carrie Furnaces is located at Carrie Furnace Boulevard, Rankin, PA 15104. Please note that this is a new road and may not be recognized by your GPS or online mapping programs; it normally works on Google Maps however.
