Glenn Strother has performed with Rusted Root, Jazzam, and the Poogie Bell Band, recently appearing at the SXSW music festival in Austin, Texas. Proficient in guitar, bass, keyboard and drum set, Glenn continues to write, record and produce music with artists spanning Los Angeles to Melbourne.

Joe Badaczewski is currently adjunct professor of jazz trumpet at Duquesne University, sharing an office with fellow YSU alum Jeff Bush. Past positions include serving as assistant director for the Disneyland All-American College Band, assistant manager for the house band at the Playboy Club in Macau China and Marina Bay Sands Singapore, and professor of jazz at Santa Ana College, a few miles west of Disneyland.

Nathan Frink is adjunct professor of jazz history, theory, and woodwinds at the University of Pittsburgh. He has served as the arranger for saxophonist David Murray since 2010. In May of 2015, Nathan will be presenting his doctoral dissertation on the music of Ornette Coleman's later career,1980-2010.

Ben Barson was a protege of baritone sax master Fred Ho until Ho's untimely passing in 2014, and consequently helped to organize a musical tribute tour during the latter half of that year. He has collaborated with Arturo O'Farrill, Craig Harris and other notable New York musicians. A former curator of the music program at the iconic Red Rooster in Harlem, Ben recently moved to Pittsburgh to explore projects in urban farming and sustainability studies.

Nick DeCesare is attaining a degree in jazz studies from Duquesne University in the spring of 2015. He is increasingly in demand as a writer and performer with regional notables such as Roby SuperSax Edwards, Tony Campbell and Jazz Surgery, Roger Humphries, and Velvet Heat.

Beni Rossman is also the writer and arranger for Lyndsey Smith and Soul Distribution, and is becoming one of Pittsburgh's most-hired young bassists. He recently graduated from Duquesne University with a degree in jazz studies, studying with Jeff Turner.

Julz Powell's skills on the drum kit extend into virtuosity. He recently performed in Japan with the John Hall project and was a semi-finalist in Guitar Center's 2014 national drum solo competition. Julz has also served as program coordinator for the award-winning Center Of Life community empowerment organization in Hazelwood PA.
