Let’s journey around magical Pittsburgh, beginning in Frick Park, commuting into the city and enjoying an Autumn Mood through the evocative compositions of Mark Fromm, Paul Critser and James Whipple. We then take a slight detour through Stravinsky’s elegant and whimsical Pulcinella Suite. We close with Beethoven’s evocative “Pastoral” Symphony, which the composer called “an expression of feeling” of life in the country. Soloist: Linda Fisher
