The Sprouting Table - Chef Sam Michael - Palate

Enjoy fine dining among some of the oldest apple trees on the orchard as we bring the Table to the Farm.  The Sprouting Table menu is crafted and prepared by local Chef Sam Michael of Palate - using only the freshest, seasonal produce and local proteins.  The dinner menu is then paired with selections from Nova Destinations to complete the experience.**  Vegetarian and Gluten free plates are available for this dinner, please email karen@dawsonsorchards.com if this applies to someone in your party.

Your ticket also grants you access to a behind the scenes tour of our working orchard, given by the orchard owners.
