I reserved a ticket. What do I need to know about the night I’m planning to attend The Rundown with Robin Thede?



  • You must bring a valid government-issued photo ID and check-in between 4:00 and 5:15 p.m.

  • The Rundown with Robin Thede reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest for any reason.

  • You are reserving a ticket that grants you a spot in a line of fans who also want to see the show. This line is admitted to the show until the studio is filled to capacity.

  • This line begins forming at 4:00 p.m. and it ends at 5:15 p.m Hint: Fans who arrive at or near 4:00 p.m. have the best chance of attending that night’s show.

  • Each person who reserves a ticket online is asked to check-in between 4:00 p.m. - 5:15 p.m. on the day of. Only the person who reserved the ticket will be allowed to claim it.


Important Information



  • You must be 18 years or older to attend The Rundown with Robin Thede.

  • You must bring a valid government-issued photo ID.

  • No cameras and/or recording devices are permitted during taping.

  • No food or beverages are allowed.

  • Show taping dates and times are subject to change.


What am I allowed to bring to The Rundown with Robin Thede? What is not allowed?



  • Cell phones and cameras are allowed but must only be used during the specified timeframe.

  • Any use of a cellphone or camera during any other time may result in ejection from the studio.

  • No weapons of any kind – not even a pocket knife.

  • No backpacks, large shopping bags, weapons of any kind, mace, spray bottles, promotional items, or food will be allowed in the studio.


Will there be a security screening?


Yes. All audience members pass through a metal detector and are subject to a bag search prior to entering the studio.

The Rundown with Robin Thede makes reasonable accommodations for guests with disabilities who request accommodations at least seven days before the show date. Guests with a disability, including guests who are visually, hearing, or mobility impaired (e.g., require assistance with stairs), and/or wheelchair users, are encouraged to contact the show (tickets@therundownbet.com) as soon as possible after receiving tickets to request an accommodation.


The Rundown with Robin Thede reserves the right to revoke tickets at any time if guests do not follow these rules, or for safety or other reasons. The Rundown with Robin Thede tickets cannot be sold or transferred.

The Rundown with Robin Thede is a weekly, half-hour late night comedy show that makes fun of the week in politics and pop culture through sketches, monologue jokes & field pieces.  Robin Thede gives her uniquely hilarious take in a fast paced, no-holds barred style that will keep viewers tuning in each week to hear a voice they can’t get anywhere else in late night!


Creator/Executive Producer and host of The Rundown with Robin Thede on BET, Robin is a breakthrough talent in late night comedy, both in front of and behind the camera. Previously, she was a writer/performer on The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore on Comedy Central, where she also served as head writer for the first season and a half. She was also head writer for the 2016 White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner and head writer on The Queen Latifah Show. Robin has also written for several sitcoms, sketch shows and dozens of comedians from Chris Rock to Kevin Hart. Her numerous TV and film appearances include Full Frontal with Sam Bee, Difficult People, Key & Peele, A Haunted House and many more.
