The Original Knickerbocker: Washington Irving & The Legend of Sleepy Hollow 

Trace the footsteps of Washington Irving's most famous character Ichabod Crane in "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" as we walk to the author's final resting place during this one-hour tour. Learn more about the talented Mr. Irving and his influence on popular culture today.  

Dates:  Every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. - 12 noon and from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. through Thanksgiving weekend.

Location: Sleepy Hollow Cemetery South Gate, 430 North Broadway.

Parking:  There is plenty of free parking inside the gate.

Skill level: Some people may find the pace of our walking tours challenging. We encounter stairs, unpaved roads, and hills. Please consider your own abilities when signing up for a tour.

Refunds, exchanges: All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds unless tour/event is canceled.

Weather: Sleepy Hollow Cemetery walking tours run rain or shine. If a tour is canceled due to severe weather such as high winds, lightning, or heavy rain, we will promptly refund the ticket purchase price, less processing fees.
