The Original Knickerbocker: Washington Irving & The Legend of Sleepy Hollow

Trace the footsteps of Washington Irving's most famous character Ichabod Crane in "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" as we walk to the author's final resting place during this one-hour walking tour. Learn more about the talented Mr. Irving and his influence on popular culture today.

October & November Dates:  Every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00-12 noon, and 12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m.  October 19, 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and Halloween from 2:00-3:00 p.m. 

Location: Sleepy Hollow Cemetery South Gate, 430 North Broadway.

Parking:  There is plenty of free parking inside the gate.

Skill level: Some people may find the pace of our walking tours challenging. We encounter stairs, unpaved roads, and hills. Please consider your own abilities when signing up for a tour.
