Age Requirements: children 5 and under are FREE and do not require a ticket. 

Hours of Operation:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Sunday (10am-4pm) 
Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday: (10am-9:00PM)

What is timed ticketing?
When you buy a ticket, you are buying an arrival window. Tickets are good for admission into the Ice Castle for the entirety of the time slot purchased.  You may stay as long as you’d like in the venue, but there is no re-entry allowed once you have left the venue.

• For example, if you buy a ticket from 7:00-7:30p, we plan on you arriving between 7:00pm and 7:30pm.  If you arrive before 7:00pm, you will need to wait until 7:00pm to enter. If you arrive late, then you'll have to wait and you may lose your ticket.  

What are standby tickets? standby tickets are purchased only on-site and at your own risk! Please plan to arrive as early as possible. 

• Standby Pricing and Availability (varies weekday/weekend and available at Coronet Ski Base or Snow Sales Centres): 


• If we are sold out of online, Standby tickets will most likely NOT be available on-site and you will be turned away.

24 Hour Exchange Policy
Ticket dates and times may by changed as long as exchanges are made at least 24 hours in advance. Please take this policy into consideration if there is inclement weather imminent or if you have a sudden change of circumstances.

Requests to exchange an existing order to a new date/time can be submitted via emailing info@icecastles.com

*Please take into consideration that dates and times for new ticket times are subject to availability and will be processed at our earliest convenience. Exchanges are typically processed within 24 hours of original request.
