The Hot Pot Lab

The Hot Pot Lab, NYC’s first interactive food themed pop-up art gallery, is providing visitors a non-traditional way to experience traditional Chinese hot pot. As food is the most significant trademark of culture, we invite you to take part in the cultural melting pot NYC through a unique interactive food experience.

The experience includes artistic installations, food coupons, exclusive gift shop as well as indoor and outdoor photo opportunities. Due to the current situation, only one group is allowed at the same time in the installation area to offer a more private, clean and safe space. Tickets are limited every day and we strongly encourage you to book your tickets/experience in advance.

This exhibition is proudly supporting Food Bank For New York City, the city’s largest hunger relief NGO during COVID-19 by donating one dollar per ticket sold.

Saturday- Sunday 10 am – 9 pm

Terms:

• General Admission $32, Kids (2-12 years) $16, Children ages 2 and under are FREE.

• Add tickets to your cart by selecting the date using the calendar.


• Please confirm your date when purchasing. Your ticket is only valid on the date of the ticket.


• All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and absolutely cannot be resold.


• Tickets purchased on unauthorized third-party websites or through scalpers will not be honored.


• Names on tickets cannot be changed. At least ONE person's ID in your party must match the name on ONE ticket (the rest of the names are interchangeable). If no one in your party has a matching ID to the

FAQ

What is included in my ticket?

Your ticket includes entrance into The Hot Pot Lab, access to our gift shop and food samples to dine out. Entrance only valid for the date on your ticket. There will be no re-entrance.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You do not need to print your ticket confirmation.Please make sure to have your ticket confirmation email pulled up on your phone when you approach the registration area. We can quickly check you in via the barcode within the email.

Can I transfer my tickets to others?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. One person's ID in your party must match the name on one ticket (the rest of the names are interchangeable).

Are tickets available at the door?

Yes, we do offer at door tickets when there is available (tickets number is limited).

How long will the whole experience take?

It varies for each guest but visits usually last about an hour. You are also welcomed to hang out at our reception area where there are souvenirs for sale.

How will the exhibition follow New York’s reopening guidance?

When people are staying less than 6 ft. apart from one another, they must wear acceptable face coverings. Only one group is allowed at the same time in the installation area to offer a more private, clean and safe space. more confined space such as the fitting room can be occupied only by 1 person at the same time. We will also limit the number of people in the lower level to less than 5 and the number of people on the upper floor will be less than 10. All the installations will be sanitized and cleaned on a daily basis following the CDC guidelines. Gloves, masks and hand sanitizers will also be provided.

Do you host private events or have corporate partnerships?

Do you have any discount ticket for children, senior or military?

Children age two years and under do not need a ticket. Unfortunately, we don't have discount tickets for seniors age 60+ and militaries.

Is baby stroller allowed?

Due to the limited space, no baby strollers will be allowed inside the exhibition. We'll hold onto it while you peruse our event space We recommend you wear a baby carrier or hold the baby while exploring.

Is Hot Pot Lab pet-friendly?

Certified service animals are permitted.

What's the refund policy?

All tickets are sold as non-refundable. You may use the tickets during the same day, but we do not offer refunds regardless of circumstances.

Is outside food allowed?

We are sorry to say that outside food or drinks may not be brought inside.

Is photography allowed?

Absolutely and employees can also help you to take as many photos as you like. Any commercial or product shoots, media shoots, press interviews, and all professional video equipment are prohibited without advance approval. Contact us at info@thehotpotlab.com for requests.
