It's here! Our annual Champagne class is back and we'll be sampling four out of this world Champagnes.


This collection of absoultely amazing boutique Champagne includes high-rated, rare and limited Champagnes with some of the best vintages avaliable. These beautiful bottles come form four of our top Champagne producers - Roland Champion, Duménil, Charles Orban, and Philippe Fontaine! See full wine descriptions below.

A golden yellow enhanced by a persistent stream of tiny bubbles. On the nose: Grapefruit, passion fruit and mango. Nuts and toasty notes. On the palate: Exotic fruits, pineapple. Exotic fruit, pineapple. Creamy with a hint of brioche and superb balance.


 


Philippe Fontaine NV Cuvée des Lys Brut Blanc de Blancs 2010

Pinot Blanc


Fresh, crisp, and elegant, with aromas of white flower, exotic fruits, pear, cinnamon, and green almond. The palate is generous, bright, and carries all the aromatics in a luxurious swirl of tight and persistent perlage. The long finish deepens with a touch of fuzzy ripe apricot and a hint of warm ginger.
