Stonewall's Vision Awards 2016

Stonewall Community Foundation’s Vision Awards honor the work of extraordinary individuals and groups who use their voice, position, and talent to improve the lives of LGBTQ people. The Vision Awards is our signature fundraising gala that helps us raise the funds needed to support grant-making to a wide range of New York City’s vibrant and diverse community organizations. Since 1990, Stonewall Community Foundation has invested more than $18 million in over 600 organizations via our donor-advised funds, endowments, capacity building programs, and annual grant-making. In the past, we have honored such greats as Dustin Lance Black, Lee Daniels, Cyndi Lauper, Janet Mock, and Tony Kushner. In 2016, we will be honoring Selenis Leyva and Marizol Leyva, with more honorees to be announced.
