With influences ranging from Richard Pryor to Fozzie Bear, Steve has formed a unique style that bridges the gap between gritty and goofy. His material offers layers that leave an audience howling and stinging at the same time. He is smart and silly. Daft and caustic. Acerbic and ridiculous, but always clever. And clean. Mostly. With a wide-open comedic voice, Steve covers every topic he can get his hands on. From self-deprecation to outward barbs, he talks about families, friends, culture, and karma, in ways that everyone can relate.

Steve spent 18 years growing up in the Mid-west, before traveling the world and realizing how messed up life outside America’s heartland is. He now spends every day realizing how screwed up the first 18 years were.    Steve’s likeable personae and casual delivery make him a crowd, club and corporate favorite wherever he performs.
