Stand-Up: Begin or Refresh

Have you ever wanted to try stand up comedy but weren't sure how to start? Or are you returning to the mic after the pandemic and want some focused practice and expert feedback to get you back on track? This four-week stand up class will get you started with exercises, tools, and techniques for generating ideas, writing jokes, preparing your act, and analyzing and improving your performance. Try something new, or workshop your act, all in a supportive, safe, in-person environment.
Dates: Thursdays June 10, June 17, June 34, and July 1 6:30-9:30PM

Prerequisites: None
Arcade Comedy Theater classes are open to students 18 yrs or older.
