August: Osage County - A vanished father. A pill-popping mother. Three sisters harboring shady little secrets. When the large Weston family unexpectedly reunites after Dad disappears, their Oklahoma family homestead explodes in a maelstrom of repressed truths and unsettling secrets. Calendar Girls - When Annie's husband dies of leukemia, she and best friend Chris resolve to raise money for a new couch in the local hospital waiting room. They manage to persuade four fellow members of the Women's Institute to pose with them for an "alternative" calendar. It focuses on aspiring chorus girl Peggy Sawyer, who tap dances her way from ensemble to star. Originally a 1933 Busby Berkley film, it was adapted for the stage in 1980 with music by Harry Warren, lyrics by Al Dubin, and book by Michael Stewart and Mark Bramble.  Performed outdoors in the beautiful Greek Theatre June 2, 3, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17 at 8 pm.    (PG)
