Spring Salsa & Bachata Gala

The Spring Salsa & Bachata Gala is presented by the Canada Salsa & Bachata Congress and Toronto Dance Fridays in conjunction with the Toronto Dance Festival. This one night only event will take place on Saturday April 1st, 2023 at the Toronto Marriott Eaton Centre Hotel. Don't miss it!

4 DJs ~ 2 Rooms ~ 1 Epic Night!

Doors open at 9pm

Bachata lesson at 9:30pm

Dancing (in 2 ballrooms) from 10:30pm to 4am.

TICKET PICKUP DISCLAIMER
Please note that Spring Salsa & Bachata Gala tickets will NOT be mailed. Each online order will be added to our database. Each attendee must pick up their own ticket at the registration booth at the Hotel the weekend of the event. Bring your receipt and/or a piece of photo ID. Tickets are in the form of a wristband and must be worn at all times. If you remove your wristband, you will need to purchase another wristband. No exceptions. 

REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds on our event tickets.  

Exception: If we have to cancel the event due to revised government covid restrictions, all attendees will have a choice of:
a) a full refund (minus the online booking fee)
b) transferring their ticket to our next event in 2024.

If you have purchased an event ticket and can no longer attend the event, you may email us and request that we transfer the ticket to another person.  All requests must be made in writing to dancing@canadasalsacongress.com before March 30th. All transfer requests after March 15th will incur a $3 administration fee. 

SERVICE FEES
A service fee is added to each ticket purchased online at time of checkout. The buyer agrees to pay this fee, and understands that they will not be refunded under any circumstances.  
Ontario sales/service tax (HST tax) will be added to each ticket and/or order purchased at time of checkout.
