Sound of Music Sing-a-long

Merriweather Movie Nights are back for 2019 with a few of our favorite things: the Sound of Music and singing together!

The Downtown Columbia Arts and Culture Commission is excited to present the Sing-a-long Sound of Music for the first time at Merriweather Post Pavilion. The film will be screened with subtitles during the songs so the whole audience can sing along together.  

There will also be a pre-show vocal warm up, costume competition, and instructions for using the “magic moments” party pack that every guest will receive!

Note: Seating is reserved and inside the pavilion only for this show. No lawn seating. 

Parking: General parking will be available in Merriweather Lots 2 and 4 (see map), and ADA parking is avaiable immediately adjacent to the West Box Office and in Lot 1. http://merriweathermusic.com/parking/

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the pre-show warm up starts at 6:30 p.m. There will be one intermission at approximately 8:15 pm. The total event run time, with intermission, is approximately 3 hours and 50 minutes.
