Sixth City Beer Tasting Dinner

Five Celebrity chefs will create a mouth watering 5 course dinner. Each course will be  paired with a special  Butcher and the Brewer beer selection to compliment the dish. Each chef will present their course with an explanation of their offering.  Due to the exclusive nature of this dinner, tickets will be limited. 

Come early and start the evening with a welcome pint!

Adam Lambert - Ohio City Provisions: Roasted pork collar, fall vegetables, pork jus paired with CLE Brown

Karen Small - Flying Fig: Foraged Autumn Mushroom Salad - Bacon Lardons, Pecans, Smoked Blue Cheese, Pickled Kohlrabi, Crispy Crumbs, Cider-Sorghum Vinaigrette  paired with Barrel Talk 11 Mixed Culture Oak aged Biere de Miel

Nolon Konkoski - SoHo Chicken: Curry-fried chicken w/ collards, tomatoes, chickpeas, raisins, almonds + fig bbq paired with Stop Hop Kaboom 

Matt Harlan - Chatty's Pizzeria: Tomato Basil Pizza, tomato sauce, mozzarella, roasted tomato, basil, parmesan, ricotta, balsamic glaze on grandma crust paired with CLE Pils

Andrew Murton - Butcher and The Brewer: Butternut Squash grits with Maple breakfast sausage paired with Coffee Milk Stout

Advance tickets are required at $75 /person. Gratuity is not included, please plan on tipping your server that evening.
