Short Form: Performance Mastery Class

Prerequisite: You must have completed both Level 1 and Level 2 (Or class equivalents at another theater)

The class will be offered the following days:

• Weekly on Mondays 9/12 thru 10/24; 8 weeks. (7 classes with a Student Showcase on Thursday, 11/3) 7:00pm-9:30pm

EARLY BIRD (ENDS 8/30) $255.00

REGULAR TUITION: $275.00

This class will focus on excellence in the fast-paced audience-pleasing world of short form improv. Topics will include game and show progression, game type and creation, hosting, and applying the grounding principles of narrative, character, and relationship in the ever-changing landscape of gimmicks, games, and scenes. There will be constructive feedback from the instructor through side coaching and individualized notes. Expect great successes, glorious failures, and even greater fun. 

ATTENTION:

• This class will be in person at THE ALBERTA ABBEY (walking distance from Curious Comedy Theater.) All Instructors are fully vaccinated. For everyone’s safety ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE VACCINATED and be willing to show proof of vaccination in the form of their vaccination card.

• Class minimum is 6 people. Class maximum is 12 people.


• All sales are final and Curious will be unable to issue a refund for class purchases. Curious reserves the right to change the Instructor of a class at any time, and doing so will not result in a refund.
