7 MINUTES IN HEAVEN with THE MILLENNIUM, BEARINGS and A BETTER HAND

7 Minutes in Heaven:

7 Minutes in Heaven is an alternative band that recently signed to Rude Records. Originally started as a solo-project for vocalist and guitarist, Timmy Rasmussen, 7 Minutes in Heaven gradually grew into the four-piece that it is today after the release of the first EP, “Get In The Van.” Joining Rasmussen are Alex Rogers (vocals and bass), Justin Mondzak (guitar) and Brennan Gilbert (drums). At the end of 2015, the band released their album, “Side Effects,” which landed on several billboard charts, including at #1 on Alternative New Artists, #9 on Heatseekers and #60 on Independent chart.

The Millenium:

Described as titanic pop/alternative, The Millenium is a band from Eau Claire, Wisconsin/Minneapolis, Minnesota that is known best for their catchy chorus’ and positive messages. The band’s lineup includes Matt Hasenmueller (vocals), Brandon Bruyette (drums) and Casey Sproatt (bass). Earlier this year, the band released their debut album “but do we ask ourselves?”

 Bearings:

Bearings are an emo/pop punk band from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The band is comprised of college friends: Doug Cousins (vocals), Ryan Culligan (guitar and vocals), Tyler Nickel (guitar), Collin Hanes (bass) and Connor Kington (drums). At the beginning of the year, the band released a new single entitled “North Hansen,” which received praise from fans and press alike, including a feature in Alternative Press’ 10 Best Songs of the Week.

“‘North Hansen’ was a tough one for me, it meant opening up about things I don’t usually talk about. We’ve all dealt with or are going to deal with loss in our lives, I wanted to write something that reflected the low’s during that time but also the eventual realization that things will be okay.” – Doug Cousins (Bearings).
