with special guest Dr. Susan Hopkins from the MEHRIT Centre.

 Join us to learn more about the brain, stress and self-regulation and how to we can use this to support our children and ourselves. Learn how self-regulation develops, why some children struggle with it, and what we as parents, caregivers and teachers can do to enhance its development.

 Recent advances in developmental neuroscience are dramatically altering attitudes towards the possibility of maximizing the educational potential of every child. Scientists now understand that the better children can self-regulate, the better they can rise to the challenge of mastering ever more complex skills and concepts.
