The wait is over! Book your Self-Guided Group Program at Fort Edmonton Park today! Enjoy an unforgettable day trip at the Park. Take your group through the eras, ride the iconic Stream Train, chat with interpreters, and discover the new Indigenous Peoples Experience. Explore over 156 acres at your own pace, customize your itinerary and choose activities that suit your group's unique goals.
Self-Guided Group Programs include Admission to the Park. You can book up to 30 students and 5 adults per group at a time. *Please note, if booking for multiple groups, you must register on a separate booking.
- For up to 30 Children/Youth - Discounted rate of 14.63$ (+GST) per child (3-17)

Summer Group Program Add-Ons
During your self-guided tour at the Park, connect with your group by adding a 90 Minute, hands-on activity led by one of our museum interpreters. Customize your itinerary and add programs that suit your group's learning goals.
*90 Minutes Summer Group Program Add-On Pricing: $200.00 (+GST)
- Add-on bookings are closed two weeks in advance of the day of the occurrence. We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment for the day and program you desire
- Payment is due upon booking of the program
Program One - A Day in the Life
Ages 6-9 OR 9-12
How different was life for someone your age in early Edmonton? Come and find out what a day would have been like for children by experiencing hands-on interpretive activities.
Program Two - School’s Out!
Ages 9-12
Chores are done! School is out! Experience the fun of free time as a child in early Edmonton. This activity-based program is filled with play sure to keep your group moving. Your program will end at the entrance to the midway.
Program Three - Breaking News!
Ages 12-15
In early Edmonton news traveled fast and far. Learn about where people would have gotten their news and information from in Edmonton and then take on the role of the reporter.
