2021-2022 Season Packages

Our season kicks off with Opera in the Park on September 11, 2021 at 7pm at MacAllister Amphitheater. As a season package holder you will receive priority seating. Then the Opera returns to the stage, opening with Mozart’s timeless masterpiece, Don Giovanni. This revival production will include nearly all of the same cast who were to perform in our canceled performance in 2020. We will then finally premiere the historic Indianapolis debut and double bill of Brundibar & Vedem. To close our season and celebrate audience enthusiasm, we will return for our “Opera at the Indianapolis Zoo” outdoor performance beneath the beautiful Bicentennial Pavilion to perform Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Carousel.

Each season package includes a ticket to attend the Metropolitan Opera Laffant Competition on Saturday, November 13 at 1pm at the Christel DeHaan Fine Arts Center at UIndy. The value of each ticket is $20. Additionally, season subscribers receive the following benefits: Priority seating at all main stage performances and events, including Sundays at the Basile and Opera in the Park; a dedicated IO customer care representative to assist you throughout the season; free ticket exchanges if your plans change (up to 48 hours before the event); 10% off all subscription tickets to Indy Opera productions; and complimentary invitations to exclusive special events throughout the season.

The ticket subscription period is officially open and we are extending the opportunity for you to become a season subscriber. The final deadline to purchase a subscription is October 31.

With your support, Indianapolis Opera can continue to bring unique and world-class voices, engaging and original productions, and deeply compelling stories to our Hoosier community. Make Indianapolis Opera part of your life!
